SPARK has established a strategic partnership with Lãmesé, a Swiss consulting firm founded by Jean-Marc Eklou in 2022 and specialising in strategy, management, and innovation consulting.

Jean-Marc Eklou is a seasoned strategy and transformation consultant with a 25-year career spanning management consulting, banking, and aerospace. He has held senior roles at Crédit Agricole next bank (Suisse), BCGE, Assura, and Airbus, where he led complex digital and organisational transformation programmes. He specialises in strategy execution, organisational design, programme management and digital transformation — with particular depth in retail and private banking operations. Together, SPARK and Lãmesé deliver integrated solutions combining strategic transformation, human focus and operational excellence — helping organisations translate strategy into tangible, sustainable outcomes.

SPARK has established a strategic partnership with Anaïs Frey, a certified coach and organizational transformation specialist with over fifteen years of experience in the banking sector.

Anaïs holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Geneva and brings additional training in neuroscience applied to leadership. Having served as Head of Human Resources in complex banking environments, she combines strategic HR expertise with deep insight into the cognitive and behavioral dynamics that shape organizational performance. Her track record spans close to ten M&A operations, and she excels at navigating high-pressure transformations where leadership clarity and human alignment are decisive. This partnership strengthens SPARK's ability to address the human dimension of transformation — connecting strategic intent with the behavioral and relational patterns that ultimately determine outcomes.

Patrick Cattin is a coach and trainer specializing in efficiency, performance, and well-being in everyday work life. Our partnership reinforces SPARK's ability to support clients and illustrates to perfection the importance placed on people.

Patrick has more than 25 years of experience in audit and consulting at international companies such as PwC and BDO, including around 15 years as a partner at BDO. Through this, he has developed a deep understanding of the challenges, conditions, and daily pressures of corporate life. As a certified master coach, he now teaches simple, practical, and immediately applicable tools. These help professionals and leaders save time, structure their work, reduce mental strain, and work with greater clarity and composure. His approach is characterized by concrete, actionable methods from day one, sustainable results, a people-centered philosophy that equally considers performance and well-being, and a strong practical focus — something participants particularly value. Through interactive coaching sessions and training programs, he has already supported more than 900 employees, managers, and executives.

SPARK has established a strategic partnership with Alexis Delmege, communication strategist and Managing Director of Voxia, a Swiss communication, public relations and design agency with offices in Geneva, Zurich and Lugano.

With more than 25 years of experience in corporate communication, media relations and reputation management, Alexis advises companies, institutions and executives on strategic positioning, stakeholder communication and high-impact visibility initiatives. He has developed particular expertise in sensitive communication environments, including crisis communication, litigation PR and leadership communication. Under his leadership, Voxia has developed a multidisciplinary approach combining corporate communication, financial communication and real estate marketing. Through its three specialised entities — VOXCOM, VOXFINANCE and VOXIMO — the agency supports clients in strengthening their reputation, clarifying their positioning and creating meaningful engagement with key audiences. Voxia also supports organisations in employer branding and internal communication, helping companies align corporate culture, leadership narratives and employee engagement with broader transformation objectives. Founded by Lucas Wüst, Kredo provides fast, pragmatic and entrepreneur-driven financing solutions for Swiss SMEs through two core activities:

• Direct Lending: financing solutions from CHF 50,000 up to CHF 1 million for operational needs, growth, investments and liquidity. From application to company visit, credit decision and funding, the entire process can be completed within one week. Kredo relies on the first CHF-denominated private debt fund fully dedicated to financing Swiss SMEs.
